Cancellation Process

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. A confirmation call or text will be made to review your order details.
  2. If you choose to cancel during this confirmation, the order will be cancelled on the .ph website.
  3. For paid orders, PayMongo will process and issue the refund.
  4. The order will then be marked as VOIDED.

⚠️ Important:
Cancellation requests must be communicated during the confirmation call or text. For paid orders, refunds are subject to PayMongo’s processing timelines.

 


Warranty Policy

Do you offer a warranty or replacement?

Yes. Oura comes with a 1-year warranty and a 7-day replacement period.

The warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from the following:

  • Improper, negligent, or unauthorized use, operation, or modification of the product
  • Failure to follow proper care and maintenance instructions
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Rechargeable batteries, which are consumable items with a limited lifespan; battery capacity and performance naturally degrade over time and are not covered under the standard warranty
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external impact

 


Returns and Exchanges Policy

Exchanges or returns requested within the first 7 days of purchase will be handled by our team. 

After this period, all exchange- or return-related concerns will be managed directly by Oura through the Oura Member Care.

Size exchanges will not be accommodated once the Oura Ring has been activated. We strongly recommend that all customers purchase and use the official Oura sizing kit prior to placing their order to ensure they select the correct and most comfortable ring size.
