How long do provincial deliveries take?

Provincial deliveries usually take 5 days up to 1 and a half weeks via LBC to arrive after ordering.
The shipping cost is shouldered by the customer.

What shipping carriers do you use?

LBC for outside metro manila and other local couriers for same day delivery

 


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you via call or text to confirm the order and delivery details.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Two (2) valid IDs will be required for verification.
  • Card / Online Payment: Order details will be confirmed without the need for IDs.

Delivery arrangements will also be finalized during the confirmation:

  • Urgent delivery: You may be advised to book a third-party courier (e.g., Lalamove).
  • Standard delivery: Orders will be delivered via our in-house rider.

 


Cancellation Process

How to Request a Cancellation

  1. A confirmation call or text will be made to review your order details.
  2. If you choose to cancel during this confirmation, the order will be cancelled on the .ph website.
  3. For paid orders, PayMongo will process and issue the refund.
  4. The order will then be marked as VOIDED.

⚠️ Important:
Cancellation requests must be communicated during the confirmation call or text. For paid orders, refunds are subject to PayMongo’s processing timelines.

 


Warranty Policy

Do you offer a warranty or replacement?

Yes. Oura comes with a 1-year warranty and a 7-day replacement period.

The warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from the following:

  • Improper, negligent, or unauthorized use, operation, or modification of the product
  • Failure to follow proper care and maintenance instructions
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Rechargeable batteries, which are consumable items with a limited lifespan; battery capacity and performance naturally degrade over time and are not covered under the standard warranty
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or external impact
